The riches entrepreneurs in the world set goals bigger than life. So can you. Here are 5 goal setters to get you started and closer to your dreams.

WELCOME 2019! and hello new aspirations. That is what I thought when the New Year's ball dropped and I looked at my stove oven clock on January 1st.
I couldn't believe that another year had gone by, and here I am, in pursuit of my dreams. 2018 was different for me in the sense that I decided I wanted to be an entrepreneuer and make MONEY, my girl Cardi B said it best. So last year I watched a whole bunch of videos on success, money management, multimillion dollar habits, read Rich Dad, Poor Dad, followed Gary V, Grant Cardone, and became Oprah's number one supporter. Why, you might ask a young twenty something in college switched up her life? Well, like others as curious as me, I was looking for the secret recipe, that something the rich do, that I don't. Taking time to study these individuals, their work habits and routines, how they conduct business so passionately, why they stand out from the crowd...they plan.
Check this out, the wealthy plan out their life.
They don't worry about their future as it comes. No. They are actively working on their goals and dreams before it's time to unleash their vision out into the universe for us simpletons.
Researching the best entrepreneurs in the business, I've discovered a few habits they share for you to mimic to your own liking. But remember this, the best advice I was given when I decided to go back to college in the career field I was tremendously afraid to follow, DO WHAT YOU LOVE. If you love doing something, transform that special something into a business, I promise you following goal setters, waking up early, determining crunch hours, sacrificing will not be hard for you. Passion is a mighty weapon once you let it guide you.
“Planning and setting goals makes your dreams more real. Following through, meeting deadlines breathes life into them.”
5 wealthy goal setters for beginners:
1. Set big goals: It might be hard for anyone who hasn't stepped out their comfort zone, but dreaming big is the first step to success, and is a wonder mindset to have. Look at the top CEO's in the world, businessmen, writers, scholars, engineers, athletes, government officials, the owner of a new coffee shop, college students: they are all dreaming for more.
My guy Einstein, you might have heard of him said the imagination is the gateway to the possible. And it's true. What you think in your head is a glimpse into what would be in reality. Everything you own, at one time, was once a thought. An inventor thought of it, drew it out, and made it real.
What I'm getting to is think, dream of yourself in huge platforms. Just don't imagine yourself owning one coffee shop, imagine yourself owning a franchise of coffee chains across the United States, then the world. Go there! Go the distance. Don't ever limit yourself.
2. Plan: I love going to events, but it rarely occurs to me that a master planner was working behind the scenes, weeks in advance to prepare for the day of my arrival. To go even deeper, this master planner not only reserved a location, set the day and time, but thought so far ahead to inspect every detail within the venue for maximum guest enjoyment.
In life, you must plan your life out, your dreams should be included. So you want to own that coffee shop I keep talking about. Alright, that's wonderful, but what do you need to do to achieve the final stage in your dream? What does step 1 look like? Every dream comes with a different set of steps to follow. It's important you find out what they are, and if you don't know, talk to someone in your dreamed of field, an advisor, or YouTube it. Prepare a list of things to follow and stick with it.
3. Stick with it!: I know, I just said that in goal number two. Consistency is everything. A lot of the time, we dream up dreams, executive, but once we realize it's not what we expected it to be, we back out because it's hard. I watch Les Brown, motivational speaker extrdinare from time to time and the best thing I've gotten from him is that life is hard. Life will always be hard, but it's better to live a hard life doing what you love than not.
4. Hang up reminders: Buy a calendar, mark reminders on your phone, tell your mom to call you every day at 3pm, do what you need to do to stay on task. I call all these thing accountable buddies. When you're having one of those tired/ lazy days and don't feel like waking up early to work on your hustle, having this in place alarms makes you feel guilty enough to encourage you to keep going.
5. Make time for what you love: Just like the title, set out time. I've heard this a dozen times, "There's not enough time out there for me to do it." I promise you, there is, you just haven't micromanaged your life to fit in your aspirations. How much time do you spend on your phone? That one hurt me. How about television? C'mon, Netflix is keeping people up all night. What about hanging out? I promise you, if you limit one of those factors, because time is money, designate an hour to handle your business everyday, you will reach your dream. It's very possible.
